For over a decade, I've interpreted for Latin American heads of state, ministers, and executive delegations visiting the UK. I've sat inside hundreds of high-stakes meetings — not watching from the outside, but inside the conversation itself, word by word, pause by pause.
What I observed in those rooms became The Slot System™ and The Flow System™: two frameworks that decode how British and Latin American professionals think, communicate, and decide; and why they so often talk past each other without realising it.
The systems are the distilled result of that decade, but the work continues in three live forms: as an interpreter when language is the barrier, as a keynote speaker when insight is what's needed, and as a workshop leader when a team needs to change not just how they think, but how they operate.
