Systems built into how your team already operates
Â
For over a decade, I've interpreted for Latin American heads of state, ministers, and executive delegations visiting the UK. I was inside more than a thousand high-stakes British-LatAm meetings, word by word, in real time.
This first-hand experience taught me that some rooms need one sharp read, whereas others greatly benefit from my Slots v. Loops™ systems running underneath everything you and your team do with Latin America or the UK.
The Bilateral™ and The Mission Companion™, and The Workshop™ are built to give you ongoing language and/or intercultural support built into how you already operate. From business meetings and trade missions to team training and readiness.
EXECUTIVEÂ INTERPRETING
The Bilateral™
Â
You worked hard to get this meeting on the calendar. The Bilateral™ makes sure that effort doesn't go to waste once you're in the room.
Portable interpreting equipment is always included, so you're never waiting for me to catch up or repeat what you just said. No stopping, no losing your train of thought. You keep talking, I keep going, right alongside you. You'll still sound like you. Same tone, same register, same person in the room, just landing in another language.
You don't have to prove your Spanish, or your English, to be taken seriously in it. Nobody's parsing your grammar, because you're not the one doing the talking. I am.
You get the full range of interpreting modes for whatever the room calls for: simultaneous, consecutive, dialogue, first-sight, whispered, liaison. In person or over video call. Format guidance comes before the day, so how it runs is never a surprise once you're actually there.
You book me directly, so you'll know whom you'll be working with.

The Mission Companion™
I've been in the room with presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers, and senior executives from both sides of the Atlantic. Over 120 missions. More than 7,000 delegates. Bilateral programmes, state visits, trade negotiations, technical missions.
Some goals don't fit in a 90-minute meeting. The Mission Companion™ covers the specific language needs of visiting Latin American delegations to the UK: the same full range of interpreting modes as The Bilateral™ and courtesy single-channel portable equipment; plus ad-hoc intercultural support as the mission unfolds.
For official missions, trade delegations, and government programmes travelling between the UK and Latin America requiring language support. Bilingual delegations should book The Advance™ instead.
GROUPÂ WORKSHOP
The Workshop™
A keynote changes how people think. A workshop changes how they work.
The Slots v. Loops™ Workshop is for teams with active British-LatAm operations whose results depend on getting that relationship right. Built entirely around the Slots v. Loops™ systems, applied to your sector and your specific challenges.
Who it's for
UK companies expanding into Latin American markets, Latin American businesses establishing or scaling UK operations, trade bodies, chambers of commerce, professional associations, legal and financial firms with British-LatAm client books, and government departments managing bilateral relationships.
What your team will walk away with
A working understanding of The Slot System™ and The Loop System™ applied to your sector. The ability to read cultural signals in real time. A shared internal vocabulary for diagnosing and resolving British-LatAm friction. Practical tools for meetings and negotiations. A copy of Slots v. Loops™ for every participant.
WORKSHOP FORMATS:
Â
Full-day Intensive
Ideal for leadership off-sites or conference breakout sessions

Book a workshopMy Multilateral Way
Six rules I set years ago, when interpreting was the only thing I did. They've held up, so I made room for what Multilateral Studio has grown into.
Â
1- Be useful
Whether it’s for one day or for five years, I'm on your team. Every session, every system, every book should leave you better equipped than it found you.
2- Be respectful
Good manners, obviously. But also respect for your work, your goals, and your organisation's culture. I don't parachute in with my own agenda.
3-Â Be discreet
The Othello Principle still holds. What happens in the room stays there. That's not a policy, it's the whole job.
4-Â Be attentive
The friction that costs you a deal usually lives in a detail nobody's named. I see it before it costs you anything.
 5- Be fair and transparentÂ
Pricing, scope, conflicts of interest: all on the table, all the time. Transparency is how I work better, with you.
 6- Be curious
Two decades in these rooms and I still learn something new in most of them. The day I stop is the day I stop being useful to you.
