Three ways to bring me in
Some moments need one focused sitting. Others need someone in the room for the whole day or the whole trip. Start with what you're planning, then pick the format that matches it.
The Keynote
My signature keynote unpacks how British and Latin American professionals signal trust and make decisions. It gives your audience the Slots v. Loops™ systems to use in their very next meeting and close the British-LatAm gap.
Available in English and Spanish. In-person, online, or pre-recorded. A bulk book order for your audience comes with a reduced speaking fee.
The Workshop
A keynote changes how people think. A workshop changes how they work. The Workshop is for teams with active British-LatAm operations whose results depend on getting that relationship right. Built entirely around the Slots v. Loops™ systems, applied to your sector and your specific challenges.
Full-day intensive or two-day deep dive. In English or Spanish.
The Advisory
The Bilateral gets you through one meeting. The Workshop gets a team through one project. The Advisory is for when the work doesn't stop after either. Six months of direct access to me. Strategic counsel on your British-LatAm relationships, scoped to what you're actually dealing with, not a template.
Six-month cycle. By consultation only.
GET READY
The Brief
Â
Knowing what's actually happening in a British-LatAm interaction before you walk in is half the job. You bring the meeting, the negotiation, the relationship, the moment that's coming up. I apply the Slots v. Loops™ systems to it: what your counterpart is expecting and where the friction is, and how to move through it without losing ground.
A focused 90-minute session built around your specific situation.

'Without doubt, Cecilia is the best interpreter I have been able to work with. She is highly skilled, very professional and flexible; and has successfully interpreted high authorities including our President and International Trade Minister.'

My Multilateral Way
Six rules I set years ago, when interpreting was the only thing I did. They've held up, so I made room for what Multilateral Studio has grown into.
Â
1- Be useful
Whether it’s for one day or for five years, I'm on your team. Every session, every system, every book should leave you better equipped than it found you.
2- Be respectful
Good manners, obviously. But also respect for your work, your goals, and your organisation's culture. I don't parachute in with my own agenda.
3-Â Be discreet
The Othello Principle still holds. What happens in the room stays there. That's not a policy, it's the whole job.
4-Â Be attentive
The friction that costs you a deal usually lives in a detail nobody's named. I see it before it costs you anything.
 5- Be fair and transparentÂ
Pricing, scope, conflicts of interest: all on the table, all the time. Transparency is how I work better, with you.
 6- Be curious
Two decades in these rooms and I still learn something new in most of them. The day I stop is the day I stop being useful to you.
