LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Â
My signature high-level interpreting services
Â
I've been the language bridge for royalty, presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers, and senior executives from both sides of the Atlantic. Over 2,500 rooms. More than 7,500 delegates. Bilateral programmes, state visits, trade negotiations.
What I observed became The DiploTerp Blueprint™: my own take on how diplomatic interpreting is practised in the 21st century.
The Bilateral is purposely designed to give you language support and ad-hoc intercultural support in negotiations, meetings, embassy events, investor pitches, trade missions, panels, roundtables, roadshows, and tours.Â
Limited availability (5-7 days/month). Book early.

WHO IT'S FOR
LatAm delegates visiting the UK and their UK-based hosts
The Bilateral is for executives and teams managing recurring British-LatAm engagements—negotiations, joint ventures, delegations, bilateral meetings—where the stakes are too high for misreadings and the deal is too important to stall on cultural misfires. It's for organisations who've tried generic advice and found it doesn't translate into the room. It's for professionals who know their domain but need someone fluent in both sides to read what's actually happening while it's happening.

We scope the service
What's included is built around your programme.
The conversation begins
Speak with your counterparts as if you spoke their language.
My Multilateral Way
Six rules I set years ago, when interpreting was the only thing I did. They've held up, so I made room for what Multilateral Studio has grown into.
Â
1- Be useful
Whether it’s for one day or for five years, I'm on your team. Every session, every system, every book should leave you better equipped than it found you.
2- Be respectful
Good manners, obviously. But also respect for your work, your goals, and your organisation's culture. I don't parachute in with my own agenda.
3-Â Be discreet
The Othello Principle still holds. What happens in the room stays there. That's not a policy, it's the whole job.
4-Â Be attentive
The friction that costs you a deal usually lives in a detail nobody's named. I see it before it costs you anything.
 5- Be fair and transparentÂ
Pricing, scope, conflicts of interest: all on the table, all the time. Transparency is how I work better, with you.
 6- Be curious
Two decades in these rooms and I still learn something new in most of them. The day I stop is the day I stop being useful to you.
'Outstanding professional, very discreet, and always ready to support the Embassy of Argentina to the United Kingdom. She interpreted for ministers and business and governmental delegations.'
